How long does it take from order to delivery?

Step 1 — Request a free sample

Tell us the origins, processes and score range you're after, and we courier a free sample — 250g of green coffee per origin, with an SCA cupping report and a lot traceability document. Samples reach most destinations in 7–12 days.

Step 2 — Cup and confirm your selection

Roast and cup the samples on your own table. When you've chosen the lots you want, tell us the volumes and we'll confirm current availability, as lots are committed through the season.

Step 3 — Get your quote and terms

We send a quote with your price, Incoterms (FOB Djibouti, or CIF/CFR to your port), payment terms, lead time and documentation. Ask us anything — first-time importers are welcome and we guide you through it.

Step 4 — Place your order

Confirm your order with a deposit (typically 30% T/T, balance against the Bill of Lading) or a confirmed Letter of Credit. We then reserve and prepare your lots.

Step 5 — Export documentation

We prepare all Ethiopian export paperwork: certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, ICO certificate, and — where needed — EUDR geolocation and due-diligence data for EU buyers.

Step 6 — Shipping and arrival

Your coffee loads at Djibouti and ships to your port. We share the Bill of Lading and shipping documents so your customs broker can clear it. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks from order to vessel loading, plus sea transit to your region.
